At ePumps.com, the Shipping & Delivery policy states that due to their vast inventory, 99% of all orders placed before 3:30PM EST (on weekdays, holidays do not apply), on their website or over the phone will be shipped the same day. They ship all of their products via UPS and as always, all orders over $ 250 will ship free of charge. Free Shipping does NOT apply to Hawaii or Alaska. Free Shipping on LTL orders (items over 100lbs), does not include liftgate service, lift gate service would be billed to the customer from the shipping company.
As for the Returns & Replacements policy, returns are only accepted if the item received is defective from the manufacturer when first installed (pump would need to be returned within one week after receiving it), in those cases, a replacement pump will be issued. There will be a 15% restocking fee & cost of shipping for all items returned for any other reason. All parts are non-refundable. All used items are non-returnable. Control Panels, Electrical components, Square D starters & Variable Frequency Drives are non-returnable. All Condensate Return & Boilerfeed systems are custom made, returns or refunds are not given on these systems. All items are non-returnable after 30 days from date of shipping. Any modifications done to the pumps, voids the manufacturers warranty.
